Payment break

I am a virgin media customer for many years .

Previous cable was called ntl . Thats going back a lot of years . Never missed a payment .

Anyway need a payment break until june while additional finances are sorted .

Currently account in arrears and I have a 14,19 and a 23 year old in lockdown.  They need internet as well as myself and mrs for work . 

The 23 year old is a teacher and needs internet for work .

If you have still been unable to get through on the phones or Live Chat on the Web site then you can send texts to this number 07533 051809 with details of the issue. Might take a while for a response but might be quicker than the other options.

But you need a customer services representative as they have billing access permissions to make amendments to customer accounts.
