On 350 fiber bundle and paying about £102 a month yet seen new customers can get faster broadband, more tv channels and better phone services than me for £79 a month.
Am I paying too much and is this how they repay loyalty?

loyalty? no such thing these days.my bill went up £21 in a year for no change in service - disgusting....why? because they can.
... or because you had a very generous discount which was increased contractually to the normal price, all of which was documented on your contract and advised on every bill.
We had a £5 discount, so they charge let's say £15 over the year for no extra. 33% increase acceptable? No.
