Since upgrading my package gaving me faster b/band and TV360, I have started paying for Netflix. This should have been included in my new package, It was included in my old package so I don't know why Netflix are taking cash from my account. Its obvious VM have passed on my details to them but my question is why?

Can you log into the online account and confir?m if you can see an activate Netflix button?
Does it give the options to pay by Virgin Media
