Please can anyone help. My partner has an old mobile debt for £22 that we need to pay to be given a mortgage.
He cannot remember his password or mobile number so everytime we ring up we cannot pass security to pay it. We desperately want to pay it off today.
We know the address and date a/c was opened from his credit file. Has anyone had an experience of this themselves?
I am aware of this thank you. It isn’t an issue for our lender we just need to prove it’s been paid

If not then we can speak with the account holder of the mobile number for data protection queries. However we are unable to take payments via the forums. This would still have to be over the phone or online.
