Pausing my contract while being away for a longer period of time?

Hi,

I was wondering if it's possible to pause my broadband contract for the summer. I'll be away for a couple of months and I don't want to cancel my contract but would want to save on the costs during my time away. Is this possible or not?

Re: Pausing my contract while being away for a longer period of time?

dont think the pausing service is available any more, could possible downgrade services but this could trigger a new 12 month contract, could have a chat with customer relations choosing 1-1-4-5 (thinking of leaving us) they'll be able to advise best.

Re: Pausing my contract while being away for a longer period of time?

Hi emmaserafina,

Thank you for your post, I'm afraid that this isn't something you'd be able to do. @paultechy has made a good suggestion though, you're welcome to sign into a new 12 month contract for a lower package and then upgrade again upon your return.

Our customer relations team would be the best team to speak to, please follow the options for making a change to your services.

Thanks,

Rachael
