Password reset issue

I need to reset my password. I can't remember my security answer so I tried the alternate method of account number, area code and amount and date of last bill but the form said the information was wrong.

I know the account number and area code is correct because I used it to check my username. I know the bill amount and date is correct because I got it by ringing the automated service.

Please help! Thank you.
