I have been trying to cancel our service for a few days now, I was told last time after waiting an hour on hold and being passed around 3 times that I could not cancel without the password that you give to the agent. I was told a letter with this on would be sent via post and i'd receive it within 2 days, It has now been over 2 days and i've still yet to receive this. Can someone please update if this was sent out or not?
Sorry you are thinking of leaving us, cancellations can be done by phone 0345 454 1111 or by post Virgin Media Sales Operation Support, Diamond Plaza, Daleside Road, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, NG2 3GG.
The letters are sent by royal mail and would be 3 - 5 mailing time.
