I'm unable to sign into my VirginMedia online account. My password is not recognised and when I try the 'Forgotten your password?' link, I pass the security question, but it fails to load the correct page. Instead I get a standard 'Oops, something's broken' error page.
I've tried this on a few occasions over the past couple of weeks with the same result. I've also tried it on both Chrome and IE, and from different Internet connections.

Sorry to hear you've been having trouble getting into your online account. I would love to see if resetting the password from our end fixes the issue, in order to do this I will need some details and have sent you a private message to discuss this further 🙂
In case anyone else stumbles on this, I got out of it by clicking the 'forgot security question' link (even though I knew it) at which point I just received a password reset link via email, which worked fine.
