I am parting ways with my Partner,

the Virgin-media is in My name.  once i cancel the contract, how soon can they start a new contract at the same address?

She want to create a different package to me, so i don't want to Transfer the service.

We're sorry to hear about your recent circumstances. As long as a notice of disconnection is set up on your account, she will be able to order services. The earliest they would be able to set this up for is 24 hours after your services are disconnected. 

There will be a 30 day notice period for the account in your name and if you are moving, but not taking the services with you then there could be early termination fees if you're within your minimum term. You can set the disconnection on your account in one of the following ways:

• 1️⃣ You can speak to the team on 0345 454 1111 and selecting options 1, 4 then 4 again. The teams are experiencing high calls but are working as quick as they can to reach you.
• 2️⃣ You can WhatsApp the team on 07305327112. Replies aren't instant and can take a few hours however it does allow you to go about your day whilst waiting for a reply. 
• 3️⃣ You can write a letter stating that you wish to cancel your services. You will need to include a few details including Your account number, name and full address and contact details for you. Send this to Virgin Media, Sunderland, SR43 4AA. 

The team will process your 30 day notice from any of these 3 routes.
