Paid the bill wrong

Hello all, yesterday I paid my bill for broadband from my bank account app but I forgot to put at reference the virgin media account number and they took my money but my bill it’s still not paid... do you know if I can do something because I don’t want to lose my money

With regards to account issues I am afraid they cannot be dealt with in the forum.
