I paid my last bill on October 1st but its still appearing unpaid as of October 19th. Does any ony body know if they're going to try and bill me twice/add charges on top because the bill I paid is showing as unpaid?
I received the payment confirmation email and have the confirmation number if needed.

I'm sure if you have received confirmation emails and the number, that all has gone through correctly and it is just an issue with the app at the moment.
