Hi I paid my bill, in full, on Monday, but my account online is still showing it's unpaid.I can't get in contact with with anyone, and don't want Virgin to change me for late payment, or worse, cut me off.So I'm stuck as to how to clear this up.

I'm having the same problem too and cannot get through to anyone on Live Chat. I can almost see myself getting the late payment charge.

Some methods can take longer than others, paying up over the phone can take up to 48 hours to show where paying via the post office can take up to 7 days.
