Paid bill but still showing

It's been 9 days since I paid my last bill(I have a receipt of payment) and it's still coming up on my bill, I will get a late payment charge on the 20th July... Can't get through to anyone on Live Chat and last time I called up I waited an hour for customer support to sound like they were falling asleep. Any help?
