I would like to know what the following means on my contract:-

Talk more anytime

Multi talk 1000

TiVo monthly fee

TiVo credit

I would like to know if we need all these options please.

I could phone but a lot of their staff do not speak good English and it is difficult to understand them

Talk More Anytime -
Includes calls to UK landlines, UK Mobile phones 0845 and 0870 numbers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Multi talk 1000 - 1000 inclusive minutes (shared across 0845, mobile and Top 30 International destinations), standard charges to mobile numbers thereafter.

TiVo monthly fee think this is £5 or there abouts every month
Tivo Credit - not sure if they've applied a discount to cover this cost.

could get rid of Talk more anytime, Multi talk 1000 and have broadband use a voip service like skype a lot cheaper than use landline

TiVo Monthly Fee is £5. TiVo Credit is there because you've had an older box (V, V+ or V HD box) replaced with a TiVo and haven't changed your package since. It is to the value of £5 so effectively cancels out the TiVo Monthly Fee. If you don't call international numbers get rid of Multi Talk 1000, as Talk More Anytime covers you for everything else apart from premium numbers.

TV: XL TV (V6 & V+ HD)
Broadband: VIVID 200
Phone: Talk Unlimited
