I have upgraded to the maxit tv package and 350 mb internet, my TiVo box hasn’t updated the tv channels by sport etc. Have tried turning on and off and to no avail. Live chat willl not transfer me and phone like I waited for over 2 hours for an answer and got nothing.
on top of this my broadband speed is lower than when I was on the 200mb package. This was all meant to be done yesterday 2/2/21
anyone else he issues when they have upgraded? Any help appreciated
Yup upgraded from m200 to m350 and had nothing but agro with it since the hub 3 arrived with dust on it second hand so I think I've inherited another person's problems wireless randomly drops devices off the speed drops to. 1meg and I can't watch Netflix or amazon on my TV anymore the hub is in the same room.
