Literally virgin appear to be a scam. Signed up for black friday deal on my current package upgrading internet to M500 for 50% discount ( i am on volt so would put me on gig internet) good deal i thought... they sent me all the docs with my current package MAXIT TV inc SKY SPORTS HD renewing my 18 month deal .... Fast forward a month nothing received. Contact cust services via chat...they are trying to renege on the deal they offered...by removing my TNT sports.. i am a rugby fan so bit of a deal breaker.  I have all the contract docs... etc... i like virgin . i ve had good service from them but this is just plain deceitful and wrong.

well i can't see any DM's but after nearly 4hrs on and off with 'cust services' we appear to have made progress. I just can t understand why it is so difficult and many of your operatives just dont seem to know what they are doing. Mine was an obvious enquiry upgrading from m300 to m500 then my volt upgrade taking it to 1gb but my hub 3 is not 1 gig capable. They just could not get that i needed the new hub and instead said the only way to do it was to redo the whole package which would remove my tnt sports (very important for a rugby fan)  and charge me more than was originally offered on the black Friday deal that was on your website. 

We ve now got to a position where i ve got my 1 gig internet (coming today apparently) kept all my sports added some movies and paying less than i was before!  The end result was good but the pain and effort to get there is just ridiculous. Wed will now see if my contract and direct debits are all correct after going through the process 3 times!
