Can someone from Virgin please let me know how I can downgrade my package to remove the phone line service?
I have tried calling and using the Chat on the website, only to be told that call centres are 'closed' and to check the website. There is no way that I can find on the website to downgrade a package, only upgrade.
How are we supposed to make changes that aren't upgrades, or cancel contracts at this time?
