I recently upgraded my old hub to the super hub 3.0 and had just been given the speed boost from M70 to M100. So as far as I knew no changes had been made to my current package which is now the M100 fibre broadband with FunTV, Talk Weekends phone line. However, I then received an email saying thanks for making those changes ~ showing that they'd removed FUN TV and replaced it with Maxit TV?
Can someone explain what's going on, as they are increasing my monthly charge by 22p, and I know it's not much but don't know why when I've not made the changes...?
I text them yesterday gave all my details and explained my query, and they've passed me on to the right team. Received a text earlier explaining about response times are taking longer, then another text saying they've passed me on to the cable connection team ~ reply yes to keep conversation going.
