Package changed after reconnection

Service disconnected today.  Virgin say we asked gor disconnection on 5/1/21 but we didn't.  Eventually got through to customer service who arranged reconnection. We have however been connected to a different package  Mix instead of bigger bundle, ( no sky or bt sports)£30 a month dearer.  Have tried to recontact virgin but no joy. Can anyone advise please

I am very sorry to hear of the issues you have been experiencing with the disconnection to your account and for the package changes. 

I have tried to check things from our side but I am afraid I have been unable to locate your account. 

 

Have you been advised as to why the service was disconnected? Was this an error?

 

With the package, were you previously receiving a welcome or promotional offer?
