Hi,
I currently have the 1gb broadband with Virgin and due to an awful aerial signal in my current building I decided to add TV to my contract aswel.
I received confirmation and approved the pre contract agreement and received an email from web sales saying your equipment will be with you on the 3rd August between 8am-9pm. But i havnt received any information from Yodel, neither has my account updated with the services and is still offering me the chance to upgrade to TV.
Has anyone had any issues with this and how long did it take for the stuff to arrive and update?

In order to look into this for you further, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.
If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.

So after Daniel fixed the issue for me. I finally received a package upgrade email yesterday and a message saying the equipment would be here today. But Yodel still havnt received the package from Virgin. Why did I expect any less 😂.
