Package Deal Expiring. Need to discuss

Hello,

my current yearly contract is about to expire in a month or so. I’d ideally like to reduce the package down from The Ultimate Oomph or whatever it is called to broadband deal only.

There doesn’t seem to any other way than to call and be on hold. Is there any way to downgrade my package online? I can’t see any other option apart upgrading.

With regards to account issues I am afraid they cannot be dealt with in the forum.
