Package Change

Hi ......I've been trying for days to speak with VM about my service. I appreciate these are not normal times, but it would be really useful if they would allow customers to modify their packages on-line.

Oh, the facility is there, but it doesn't let you actually do anything.

Come on VM you are a technology company, how about using some to automate package changing. 

I've ben a customer for over 10 years..but my loyalty is running thin!

We do allow upgrades online through the account and it should display offers for you. I sorted this by spending an afternoon on hold...

I get this if I try to change packages..

Using 0345 454 1111 has the same result ie.."we are busy" or get put in a never ending queue.

Also how about extending the new customer only offers to loyal long term customers?

Tried Chrome, Explorer, Firefox, Opra even Safari...all fail.

Don't worry too much about this now...Sky have been more than accommodating.
