Hi ......I've been trying for days to speak with VM about my service. I appreciate these are not normal times, but it would be really useful if they would allow customers to modify their packages on-line.
Oh, the facility is there, but it doesn't let you actually do anything.
Come on VM you are a technology company, how about using some to automate package changing.
I've ben a customer for over 10 years..but my loyalty is running thin!
