PRINT BILL (as displayed)

Please, would you provide a facility to print (or download) the bill *exactly* as displayed.

Does the web browser's own print function not duplicate the screen's output to paper or other document file format supported by device's operating system, for example PDF, DjVu, etc.?

Re: PRINT BILL (as displayed)

No.   Printing from Firefox only produces text - badly laid out, and resembling nothing like a proper invoice.

Re: PRINT BILL (as displayed)

With respect, I've more important things to do than faff around trying to find whatever "myVirginMedia" is.   I just want a copy of the bill!

If this *is* available, then why doesn't the e-mailed bill link directly to it?   (Perhaps that should have been the question).

Re: PRINT BILL (as displayed)

Oh, I see. My Virgin Media *is* the very page I am already linked to, that doesn't seem to offer the option of downloading (or printing) the bll.

Re: PRINT BILL (as displayed)

Try this link: https://my.virginmedia.com/my-bills/index

It looks as if you need to on the desktop version of the webpage to get the download option.

There is a direct link to this page in the email bill notification.

Re: PRINT BILL (as displayed)

I could, of course, Print Screen, - but as I use 2 screens I get a widescreen composite of both.

Re: PRINT BILL (as displayed)

Look. Virgin Media provide a downloadable PDF version of your bills online.

It’s your job to download and print it using whatever printing software you use.
