Hello, I am begging you, please help me because I cannot view my bill anymore, I cannot get access to my account by phone or pass security because of this and it is a major issue.
Basically I moved address. I had Virgin Media at my old address, and moved to my new address also opened a new Virgin Media account. Unfortunately they used the same email address to register my account at the new address. But when I log in, it shows me the old account that is now closed, registered to my old address.
Can you please help me to change the email address associated to my NEW account so I can finally access it, pass security questions and check my bill? Thank you
