whats the number for account transfers please. I filled the form in on the 18th of may and submitted it with proof of id. I have just recived an email saying i need to complete the same form again to get the ball rolling. Is this a joke?
Nope rung up 5 times been on live chat 7-8 times for hours on end. All i get is leave it with us it will be sorted in a couple of days. We are now on day 45 thought this might have been done sooner for a virgin media employee. Am guessing its the opposite
