Overcharging

Virgin have agreed a monthly amount for home phone and broadband. For the last 3 months they have taken more than the agreed amount. Spoke to retentions and now raised a formal complaint. 
BEWARE !!

Nothing to do with price rises they are just taking an amount of money that hasn’t been agree

Online contract shows the higher amount. They verbally agreed the new amount and have confirmed it many times on the phone but don’t action it

You'll need to request the recordings then, unless it was web chat?

What did the confirmation email show?

They promised confirmation email within 48 hours but didn’t arrive. I will let my formal complaint run it’s course then go elsewhere
