Since beginning a contract with Virgin, I have been consistently overcharged. Several calls, messages, web chats etc. later I have stopped my direct debit as an extreme measure because I just dont know what else to do. I want to pay what was originally agreed.
In one response Virgin agreed to return to the amount agreed when initiating the contract, (£24), but have continued to take £51 or more each month. Then they have reverted to their standard letters which don't deal with the issue. My Virgin Media account number: [MOD EDIT: Removed].
The latest complaint is Re: C-240123401
I am abroad and not always have access to the internet or even a phone line as I live in a village. This is causing me much anxiety.
