Hi, 

I have been hugely overcharged this month despite being told that this would not happen, my bill should £34, this month I have been charged £111 including late payment fees despite paying the agreed amount on time. I spoke to Virgin about the matter before the money was taken from my account and I was reassured that this would not happen! 

please can someone from Virgin get in touch to rectify this issue.

Welcome to virgin media's lies.

I sympathise - I changed banks and my direct debit wasn't taken, so when I called they said we'll take it on the 26th, guess what, they didn't!

Next day new bill was created with last month, next month and a late fee applied.

Hopeless is an understatement, I've since been assured the £7.50 has been credited towards my final bill but I wont hold my breath.

Rasie a complaint in the meantime to cover yourself
