I signed up for broadband through a price comparison website which advertised £24 a Month with no set up free. I’ve now received my contract which says £44 a month plus a £30 set up fee
I’ve tried calling virgin but can’t get through. I’ve submitted a complaint with no reply. I’m due to have wifi installed on Wednesday and I don’t want to have it installed at that price.
Any idea how to get through to an actual person to help with this??

Thanks for your post and I'm sorry to hear that you haven't been given the contract that you signed up for.
I have been able to locate your account and can see that your monthly rate has now been changed, i can also see that you have spoken to the team about this.
Has this now been resolved to your satisfaction?
