I was charged £40 for a TiVo box on my February bill for a box that comes free as part of my subscription. The box arrived around 2 months after my broadband router.
After many phone calls the advisor who sorted delivery of the box in the end warned that it may show on my bill, but assured I wouldn’t be charged. He informed that the only way he could process the box through the system was this way.
Well I’ve been charged for it and would like a refund.
Yeah I assume so as well, but it was supposed to be added to get the box through the system and then subsequently taken off. Which hasn’t happened.
I’ve been a customer since December 2017 and moved house in December 2019. Was sent a new router and not the TiVo box, so had no tv package until I phoned a number of times and was eventually sent one in February.
It shows on my bill as ‘other charges and credit’.
