Overcharged for Broadband

Hi

I think I am being overcharged by Virgin.

All I have his Broadband 200 and I am getting charged £56 a month.

I try calling them and no one ever picks up, so I have no clue what is going on. For the amount I am paying, I should have a TV package also, not just Broadband.

Anyone who has been in a similar boat and could help , that would be appreciated.

Cheers

Mx

Re: Overcharged for Broadband

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forums, Mike_Oxlong,

Apologies for the delayed response, have you been able to speak to the care team since your post?

Bundled services do work out to be at lower prices than unbundled [TV, Broadband or landline by themselves], it may also be that you had a promotional offer, which has now expired. If you are no longer in contract then you will have the option to take out new offers or bundles to get more value for money.

You can view your account and package information online here and if you need to speak with the Retentions Team for new offers then can be reached at 0345 454 1111 or SMS 07533051809

Cheers,

Corey C
