Apologies for the delayed response, have you been able to speak to the care team since your post?
Bundled services do work out to be at lower prices than unbundled [TV, Broadband or landline by themselves], it may also be that you had a promotional offer, which has now expired. If you are no longer in contract then you will have the option to take out new offers or bundles to get more value for money.
