Overcharged every month

We renewed our contract back at the end of July via the WhatsApp service. The price we agreed upon was £55. When the agent sent through the contract details the price shown was wrong. When I queried this the agent explained it was of ‘rolling discounts’ and they didn’t show up on the contract. They said this was normal but the price we paid would be correct and our WhatsApp conversation would be our proof. They were extremely adamant about this.

Next month comes around. Bill is wrong. WhatsApp conversation. “Oh yes, terribly sorry, rolling discount wasn’t applied correctly. I’ve done it now. You’ll receive the correct bill next month plus a discount for the amount overcharged”

Next month. Bill is wrong. WhatsApp conversation. Can you see where this is going…?

Next month. Bill is right! Nah, of course it’s not… Bill is wrong.
