We left Virgin Media in January 2023, having paid Virgin for that month.
However, despite being billed in advance, we were charged £118.80 on 2 February and £90.20 on 2 March.
The only refund we have had was £14.39 on 27 March.
As I have closed our account, I can no longer sign in and speak directly to Virgin about this, hence I'm posting on here.
