Overcharged and Ignored

I rang virgin on 28th February to cancel my contract as I wanted to leave. I was told that the promotional contract expires on the 30th of April which I then made clear I want to leave after that. I got overcharged in the beginning of March which has been reimbursed and gave a 'CANCEL' notice  again. Now, 14 April 2022 I have been charged £74 when the promotional offer was £34.99. Baring in mind that the customer service members told me I will not be charged anything outside the promotion. 

Today I rang virgin and told the customer service member the situation which she understood after a while. 30 minutes into the call and she hang the phone up on me. Absolutely POOR service and communication this is very upsetting.

I am sorry to hear of the billing issues you have had.
