I have recently changed my package and was told that my bill would reduce by £30 a month, should have received a new vivo box as our one is approx 8 yrs old and I also asked to change my account it was being taken out of, I have just been charged double my monthly charge, haven't received a new box and it has gone out of the wrong account. Please can someone help me?
normally billed a month in advanced for new services, and would be around a few days for the forum staff to reply, could give customer services a call via 0345 454 1111 to check what's been ordered/done on account.
