Overcharge

We only have broadband as we cannot afford to have the whole package.. we have paid a month in advance and we was only supposed to pay £47 this month but YOU as a company have taken £133.50, now I don't know about you but I don't have an endless flow of cash so I want that money back fast, no I don't want it off my next bill I want a refund which is what I asked for from an advisor over the phone but all he said is he can see that it shouldn't of been taken and to contact my bank to get it back NO you need to refund me now.. like many of your customers I have posted on facebook and will continue to untill you refund me what you've robbed.. so I suggest you get back to me
