Really need some help with this netflix issue, i have been getting charged for the NETFLIX 15.99 since july ,i have raised several complaints and got nowhere .i have never used the streaming services from netflix via virgin as i pay dirrect to netflix at the discounted price which is now not available.
I have contacted Netflix and only have 1 account which is the one registered on all my devices
I pressed the cancel netflix on the streaming section on my media ,which counted down to cancel days and then it switched the service back on when this months bill was generated
if i cant sort htis soon i will be forced to cancel any many years when the annual price increase comes in nxt yr

done this Virgin just switched the streaming back on after it was canceled
