Please can someone tell me how to contact complaints at Virgin. I have been continually over charged since January. I have been fighting this almost monthly. I am constantly assured the matter will be dealt with but it never is. I have been trying to speak to someone at Virgin but constantly get recorded messages or links which are no good to me. I was assured on 21st August that an official complaint had been logged and someone would contact me within 72 hours. I am still waiting. 
HELP ME. I am pulling my hair out

I’ve experienced exactly the same. Was given a better deal as I was looking to leave following price increases within contract, however 5 months on im still paying the original amount and was also promised a resolution within 72 hours over a week ago. It’s shocking!
