I’ve been overcharged since July 2023 (beginning of the contract) and have been in contact to resolve. My last call was December 2023. Virgin owe me a total of £138.00. The bill was not rectified when I called last and I have given up with the customer service line. I call explain everything to them and someone will say I will transfer you and then they will cut off the phone. After several attempts, I was put to “retention team”, who again put the phone down on me!! In my last call with the retention team, I was told they have to listen to the recording of phone conversations of me with Virgin Media!! As one would lie to them (the offer which I was given, the same format is still on their website), but of course WE the customers are Lairs!!I am really disappointed in Virgin, this is not what I was expecting from such a brand and it is totally unacceptable and I expect a full refund for the amount I’ve been overcharged by. In addition, I want this to be rectified until the end of my contract This is a theft, my bill was as per the offer on the website should have been £85 monthly but it’s running at £108 still. Can someone please rectify this. I was in my last conversation with retention team was told that it will take two weeks for them to listen to my phone conversations with them due to a shortage of manpower during Christmas. This is Virgin Media internal issue, I should not be affected by it. Please fix this issue as having a Virgin Media package now became a nightmare.
