Over charged

on the 28th February 2020 i received an email confirming changes in my Virgin Media Package.

these changes took effect on 29th March 2020, and payment was confirmed.

my next bill was supposed to be £150.46 - £152.96 was taken

the following was to be £6.17 - £154.78  was taken

and future bills were to be £93.50.

can someone explain to me why i am being overcharged

The easiest way to get a hold of someone is to message our first-line support on our live online chat. They are the best chance of getting someone to fix this issue.

£50 of my bill would be brilliant, but i would prefer to have the other £146 back first, and where is your live chat on line now days - seems to be hiding
