Over charged following renewal

Talked to a member of your billing team regarding renewal of contract. Contract price agreed. CSS and Cis received with agreed price on. Next day received a bill for higher than the agreed amount. Rang complaint department and sent in original documents via webchat. Was assured I would not be paying more than the agreed amount. Now received new bill, for more than agreed amount again. Terrible service. So far this has taken more than 3 hours of my time and it is still not sorted.  Terrible service.
