Outstanding bill

I have an outstanding bill from a previous address and thought the account was closed.

I have no idea what my account number or log in details are and whenever I call I can't get past security but they have my account on screen.

I want to pay off my outstanding bill. How do I do this??

Hi Aboufadhel1981,

You should speak to the Collections team  virgin-media-missed-payment 

The info below is taken from the above link:-

"You can call our dedicated Collections team on 0800 052 0360 from any phone. We’re open Monday to Saturday, 8am until 6pm, except for Bank Holidays where we’re open from 8am ‘til 5pm. We’re closed on Sundays."
