Outside box cover missing

Hi,

The box cover outside my property is missing and all the Virgin Media cables are left exposed.

After submitting a faults complain online I was told to report to the technical team. It is however impossible to get through them on the phone because every time I call they hang up on me after a long waiting time.

Is there any other way to receive support on this matter?

I am sorry to hear you have been experiencing issues contacting the team to arrange to have the external equipment repaired.
