The high winds recently helped I believe as it was already loose and ill fitted when I moved in. Couldn't see anywhere in the website to report. All wires are exposed and out of position as I have tried to re-fit the cover in the past.

What I can do is arrange for an engineer to come out and either replace the box or fit a new lid, Either way it will get sorted.
