Hi I've recently cancelled my contract with Virgin due to the price increase. I've been advised in the past to cancel my contract, sign up with another provider and ask the new provider to port my virgin number. This way the Virgin Outbound team will call me back and offer some great deals the retention team can't offer. I did this last year and it was great. Rather than going through this whole rigmarole isn't there an easier solution? Unfortunately I've had to start the process again this year, does anybody have a number for the outboard team? I don't really want to leave Virgin .
