I had outages in September and was promised reimbursement in an automated call but haven't recieved any in recent bills.

How long were the outages?
Reimbursement kicks in after 48 hours of a full outage.

VM gets two full working days to fix any fault before the compo clock starts. If you are due some compo, VM has to credit your account within 30 days of the fault being fixed.
