Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your cheque looked into, I am sorry if this has been causing some frustration. I would be more than happy to look into this for you.
We would need to see a picture of the cheque before we can get a new cheque requested from the team. However, there is no guarantee that they will be able to do this depending on how long it has been since the cheque was sent out.
