Out of contract

My contract has run out and thinking about finding a better deal, tried contacting virgin through website but keep going round in circles to find how to contact virgin. Website asks not to call if possible so what alternatives are they not in a rush to change but looking to make some savings. Being offered a deal with sky for £24 quid a month, current virgin package £54 a month out of contract. Is it worth trying to get a deal or time to move on?

Re: Out of contract

Hi andysingleton85,

You can either try the regrades or cancellations route.

You can probably negotiate a better deal by speaking to Retentions (thinking of leaving us) which is the department you would need to cancel your package should you decide to go to Sky anyway.

You could try the text messaging service. Just send  a text with a description of regrade (or cancellations) to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days.

The best method would be to call 150 from a Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, option 4 (thinking of leaving usbut best to call at 8am to avoid call queues

Re: Out of contract

Hi @andysingleton85

Welcome back to our Community; we're not able to assist with package changes or offers via our Forums I am sorry; as our user @newapollo has advised, you can pop us a text message and our Customer Care team will be happy to help.

We aim to reply within 24 hours however, currently all messages we have within our text service are all well under that.

You can also call if you wish but our lines are busier than usual as you can expect.

Cheers
