IM hoping someone from Virgin can help. Got an email offer last week to upgrade to 1GB broadband for £8 which i followed through with. Got the contract emailed to me and confirmed.
However this was last week. Checked my account have no pending orders. Have had no contact from virgin about a new modem being sent because ill need it seeing as i have the superhub3.
