I've tried to upgrade my package to Gig1 via the "offers and upgrades" section of My Virgin Media and have completed the order and received confirmation and a contract via email.
Whats next? do i need to wait for it to be activated or something as nothing has changed and only recieved those emails.

Update: got it all sorted via WhatsApp! Got the text and confirmed the contract, I'll update again once I've received everything to re confirm that it's all worked out!

Yes. You just wait for activation.
If you don't already have a Hub 4 or 5 then you will need a new router sending out. But otherwise it's just a case of waiting. Sometimes you need to reboot your hub to see the speed increase take place.
If you log in to your account online, there should be the option to track your order and see what, if anything is still being processed and when it's expected to complete.

There seems to be no order at all, I thinks it's something to do with the pre documents email which didn't have a link or anything to say I was happy with it, two people had this issue and a staff member named Reece seemed to of fixed it for em both.
